Exclusive car fee
The private car fee is 880 yen/10 minutes. (Minimum 2 hours)

Reservation fee
※"Time-specific" reservation,
※If you choose a private car, no reservation fee is required.
If the reservation time is changed
※ If we cannot arrive at the time specified by the customer due to traffic congestion, we will negotiate a new time slot with the customer 30 minutes in advance.
※ If the reserved vehicle arrives at the designated pick-up location in advance and the customer needs to depart in advance, the actual departure time will be the "start time" of the exclusive vehicle to continue the trip.
※ If the "start time" of the exclusive vehicle is changed due to the customer's reasons, the customer and the company must negotiate a new "start time"
※ If the scheduled charter car usage time ends earlier than the scheduled time, the scheduled charter car package fee will not be reduced.
※ If the guest reserves a private car and the car cannot arrive at the scheduled time due to normal driving or traffic congestion, a delay fee of 880 yen will be charged for every 10 minutes.
In case of change of departure point and destination
※ If the departure point of the guest's reservation is changed to the same administrative district or the destination of the guest's reservation is changed to the same administrative district, the guest must discuss the new departure point and destination with the company 2 hours in advance.
※ If the departure point of the guest's reservation is changed to a different administrative district or the destination of the guest's reservation is changed to a different administrative district, the guest must discuss the new departure point and destination with the company 2 hours in advance.The change will be different from the original reservation fee and an additional change fee of 800 yen will be paid.
Cancellation Fee
※If the reservation is cancelled due to customer reasons, the following conditions will apply
